Business Manager
(E-commerce)

PN Selfcare is looking for a Business Manager!

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full development and management of the e-commerce department, both at a strategic and operational level, as well as in terms of people management. This includes:

• Website Optimization: Optimizing website performance and ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive user experience (UX/UI) through continuous refinement and innovation.
• Project Management: Coordinating an internal team of two people and external partners to efficiently execute projects and achieve strategic goals.
• Social Media Strategy: Leading and supporting the social media team, strengthening their impact, and encouraging active contribution to business objectives.
• Data and Performance Analysis: Monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategies to continuously optimize the performance and return of marketing campaigns.

Your Profile

• Experience: Experience in the e-commerce sector and in a management role is required.
• Affinity: You have an affinity with the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector through relevant experience.
• Digital Expertise: You have thorough knowledge of UX/UI, analytics, and retail marketing.
• Language Skills: You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good command of English.
• Competencies: You are highly analytical, strategic, and result-driven.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You possess an intrapreneurial mindset and are a true team player.
