Perfect summer pedicure for soft summer feet

Sinking into a pedicure chair is the ultimate act of pampering. When your clients suffer from foot problems such as corns, calluses, and cracked soles, a regular pedicure in your salon and a further treatment at home may prevent these problems. So, sit back, relax and discover our 5 tips for a perfect cosmetic pedicure after wich the client will surely walk on air when leaving the salon.

First, we like clean feet. A disinfecting spray is the right hygienic start for each pedicure. It disinfects the feet clearing them of any germs and the menthol fragrance brings a refreshing scent that has a cooling effect on feet. Next you can continue with hydrating Aloe Soak foot bath with aloe vera. It contains many skin softening and nourishing elements to both purify and care for feet. The eucalyptus-peppermint oil is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.

Now that the nails are softened from the water, it’s time to whip the toenails in shape. But first pay special attention to the cuticles on each toe. With an effective cuticle remover, the cuticles will look clean and beautiful and it allows you to push back dried, rough, and overgrown cuticles. It will make a major difference in the shine, health, and the overall strength of your nails. While the product is doing its work, use a Nail Cutter to shorten the nails, then file the nails in shape. Now you can push back the cuticles with a cuticle pusher or use the nail machine to push back and clean the nail walls in an easy and fast way.

Then the harder work is there, getting rid of callus. A callus on the foot may become painful when you put pressure on it while walking in shoes or high heels. And yes, off course we like a pain free “Carrie Bradshaw” walk in those nice heels you just bought. So please remove the callus.

Removing the callus can be done by a Callus Off Spray in combination with filing. Time to relax now. The most enjoyable part of the salon pedicure is the massage. Massaging helps promote circulation and helps relieve tension in the calves and feet.
